1. Appointments & Bookings

  • All appointments are subject to availability.Here's some stuff

  • A valid phone number and/or email address must be provided at the time of booking for confirmation and reminders.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee.

  • No-shows may result in the full service charge being applied.

3. Payments

  • Payments can be made at the spa via cash, card, or other available payment methods.

  • Some special services or packages may require advance payment.

4. Health & Safety

  • Guests are required to inform therapists of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to treatment.

  • Body Smoking Spa is not responsible for any adverse reactions if such information is not disclosed.

  • We maintain strict hygiene and safety standards for all treatments.

5. Use of Services

  • Our services are strictly for wellness, relaxation, and therapeutic purposes only.

  • Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

7. Liability

  • While we take the utmost care in providing our services, Body Smoking Spa is not liable for any pre-existing conditions or issues that may be aggravated during or after treatment.

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for spa treatments.
